There's no one on the internet who is unknown to the Facebook share button, You might have seen on various sites the Facebook share button lets you to share the articles or content on that specific site. The same is done through Google+ Share Button.
Recently Google has released it's Share button for Google+ users, which lets you to share the content across your friends, The +1 button also offers sharing facility, unlike the +1 button this new sharing button will not create any history of +1’s done from your account.
So, as you can see the button in above image, you can share the content across Google+ platform.
